The EZACBICON 2025 conference invites authors to submit abstracts for presentation. Each abstract will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and authors will be notified of their acceptance status. Successful submissions may be selected for either poster or paper presentations, based on the originality and impact of the scientific work.

Submission Rules:
·Abstracts must present original scientific data collected by the author(s). Literature reviews are not accepted.
·Language: All abstracts must be written in English. The Scientific Committee may edit submissions to improve clarity.
·Submission Process: Abstracts must be submitted through the Online Abstract Portal on the conference website. Abstracts will be considered for review only on successful registration.
·Word Limit: Abstracts must not exceed 250 words (excluding the title, author names, affiliations, etc.).

·Affiliations: Names, organizations, cities/countries, and emails of authors.

·Methods
·Results
·Conclusions
·Ethical approval and any funding acknowledgments must be mentioned.

Terms & Conditions
·The Scientific Committee will evaluate abstracts through a blind review process based on originality, results, and outcomes.
·The Scientific Committee has the final authority on abstract acceptance and scheduling, based on topics and time constraints.
·Abstracts adherent to the Conference theme are preferred.
·All abstracts must adhere to the submission guidelines.
·A certificate of appreciation will be awarded to the presenting author only.
·Sessions are for educational purposes only and may not be used for product marketing.
